About Us Who are we? VIA is a document conversion and archiving company serving small, mid-size, and large businesses in Central California. We are located in California's Central Valley and focus primarily on serving businesses in the Fresno, Kings, and Tulare County markets. VIA is privately owned and operated. What do we do? VIA helps businesses convert cumbersome paper documents into digital images for easy storage, retrieval and loss prevention. Clients can store these electronic files on a disk (CD, DVD), upload them onto their server, access them on the web, or import them into their current document management program. VIA is available for both off-site and on-site service. For off-site service, we will process your paperwork at our Visalia or Caruthers location. Many clients find this to be the simplest and fastest mode of operation. For clients that require their documents to remain on-site, we will process your paperwork at your place of business. We work with our clients to determine the time, physical space, and security requirements needed to complete a given project. VIA offers a flexible range of employee access and other logistical considerations as needed.
